Dear Rashmi ,
We had a wonderful Holiday in Danta. The property is excellent and our hosts were very courteous. It was actually more like a homestay. There were lots of other tourist spots and ofcourse the temple of Ambaji. The home cooked food was very good, even Bruno got his boiled chicken. He enjoyed very much. I am attaching some photos. Apologies for the delayed response, we’ve just been busy.
Firstly, I would like to thank you for your help...without pet vacations it would have been a real hassle to figure out where to stay with Misty in tow. So I would say on your end, keep doing what you’re doing – it’s a great service and one very much required.
As for the properties we stayed in – I will give my review one by one:
- [Property Code : MP 014H]: Very friendly staff, clean and large rooms. Quite comfortable. Food was good and the fact that they had a garden and a huge open space behind the building was a bonus for walking and playing with Misty. Overall we all including Misty really enjoyed our stay here.
- [Property Code : KA051R]: Comfortable rooms, large garden/open area. Very beautiful setting and the staff was again very nice. Food was excellent too. Again Misty had a wonderful time and so did we.
Hope this helps. I do not have pictures of the Hotel Surya or Silver Park, but do have some of Kishkinda...when I get a chance to download them I will be sure to send you them if you like.

Hi Rashmi,
1. Kota - The hotel was good, with a green lawn at the front. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was very cooperative. The restaurant was good.
2. Bodhgaya - The hotel was at the heart of the town. All the tourist places were very near to the hotel, and the hotel staff were very cooperative. The rooms were a bit small and the food was so-so, but we enjoyed the journey very much with our pet in our car.

Our trip was great, the resort was nice too. Excellent beach. Boyz had fun. Lovely fresh cheap seafood. Additional info and attraction is a restaurant called Crazy Crabs which is between Dahanu and Bordi, run by a Parsi called Micky Irani. Famous for it's crabs and seafood.

My husband, our 7 year old Labrador and I recently went on a holiday to Alibag, MH067R, which was organised by you.It was a truly unforgettable experience.
For the past 7 years, holidays have never been quite carefree for us, bcos we have always been worried about our dog, Gyro, who would be left behind.But at last I am thrilled that you have taken the initiative to ensure that people with pets can holiday together, and that too at such wonderful places.
I would like to put on record that the support and services provided by the staff at petvacations have been par excellence. Rashmi was extremely helpful in helping us narrow down on the choice of the property, keeping in mind our restrictions (eg. since our dog has a heart condition, we needed to be on the lower floor, also he cannot be left alone in the room, a place closer to Mumbai etc.)Our apprehensions about booking a property by merely viewing photos on the Internet melted away, when the Resort turned out to be even more beautiful than the pictures.
Situated bang on the Beach, MH067R had clean,spacious, well appointed rooms, (we chose the one looking out on to the beach), courteous staff, and good food.The view from our room was divine.Gyro has rarely enjoyed himself so much, frolicking in the clean waters to his heart content.And that includes us too.
The resort was a haven of peace, just what we needed to recharge ourselves for the hectic life in Mumbai.

Hi Anupama,
1. Mt Abu: RJ016R in Mt Abu is at the heart of the town and their staff was very cooperative. The cottages were well furnished and the room service was very good.
2. Udaipur: RJ004R at the centre of lake is a very well decorated hotel with big, comfortable rooms. Here also, the staff was very cooperative and service was very good.
It is ideal for people, who want to spend the weekend at this place and enjoy the lake and the wild life sanctuary.
Since this place is about 50 kms from Udaipur, it is not very convenient for people who want to go for sightseeing in Udaipur.
However, we had a very good holiday and I again thank 'Petvacations' for the same. I am enclosing some photographs that we have taken in Mt abu & Udaipur.

Hi Anupama,
Our last weekend at MH-048R Alibaug went of well, I say that because we had a bit of nervousness as we had our pet Rotweiler (Annie) with us and we had taken her out for the first time.
The stay was comfortable, rooms were reasonably clean and spacious, although some cleaning was desired in the cupboard. In one of the rooms the toilet seat was missing. There was only one towel in each room which was too short if you have three beds in a room. Afternoons were warm (October month cant blame) luckily there was no power cut which was a blessing. The mornings and evenings were very pleasant, side rooms were good compared to the ones in middle as they had an extra window,
Food was good in terms of quality very homely (color, taste, quality of ingredients etc), The fish surmai and pomfret served for lunch and dinner was very fresh and tasty but a little variety should be introduced. Service staff were nice, clean and polite. although I had to carry my luggage to and from my car.
I appreciate the interest taken by the owner in looking after the guests and my pet. Special boiled chicken was provided for our pet which we quite appreciated. There were hardly any signboards on the road to the resort. Some value adds like a car wash, guidance to guests on what to see around, tide timing (since lot of beaches are around) will do good to the resort.
In all the resort is good and I would definitely recommend it to friends for a short trip. There are two swings, slide and a carrom board game for recreation.
These comments are given by me and i belonged to the Hotel Industry and i am a Hotel Management graduate.

Thank you very much for the lovely experience planned for us at Panchgini. Ever since we got Simba, our 3 year old labby now, we always had tough times to find a place where even he could holiday with us. Now, with petvacations.in, this was our 2nd experience with you guys, first being in March to Dahanu, and this one to Panchgani (MH-068R). The rooms given to us were clean and well ventilated with a beautiful view of the valley from the balcony. Although, food was a problem there with they serving only veg food and, but whatever we experienced there was perfect value for money since our baby Simba was also with us.
The service rendered by Rashmi wrt our booking was also very prompt and excellent.
You guys are doing a great job wherein, we as pet parents always wish to give the same as we would to human children, but this society as such doesn’t welcome this kinda approach. All the Best to the entire petvacations team in these efforts.

We had a very nice time in Pune (MH-024A). Tuffy enjoyed the most. The service apartments r located in a very good area in Koregaon Park. Our apartment had a terrace overlooking a nearby garden. The apartments r well maintained & the service is good . Tuffy was at home there.
Thanks to Petvacations we could spend a wonderful time with Tuffy . We took Tuffy to Jejury - 2 hrs drive from Pune. Tuffy climbed with ease Kade Pathar, which has about 400 steps. Most important they allowed Tuffy inside the temple.

Can't thank you enough for suggesting that we go to vacation at the property MH-026R at Mangaon for the weekend. It was a wonderfully pretty and quiet retreat with a gracious host and hostess and their two dogs. My little Pug absolutely loved the place and the freedom to run around without a leash.
Thank you for creating this website as its a huge help for all pet owners because finding dog friendly accomodation in India to vacation in, is a serious headache.

Where have you been all this while? Your website has made every pet owners dream come true ! To go on a holiday with my dogs now seems so much simpler than ever before.
When my husband and me made last minute plans to go to Mahableshwar (MH-29R), that to during peak season we could have never imagined taking the two dogs along with us. But petvacations.in made it happen. Finding a hotel that allows dogs has always been a task, but no longer, thanks to you and your team! Even the staff at the hotel were very courteous and helpful. We were given one of the bigger rooms so as to accomodate the dogs, keeping our comfort in mind.

When it came time to choose our holiday vacation destination, we truly had our hearts set on Goa. The allure of the pristine beaches, the amazing food, and the thrilling casinos that Goa has to offer, all beckoned to us. At the same time, we also knew finding accommodations where our two “children”, Rico and Lucky, would be welcome would be a huge challenge.
I spent much time calling various hotels, inquiring if dogs are welcome, and I became more and more disappointed with all of the negative responses.
I finally stumbled upon Petvacations.in online and I decided to give that a try. My friend and I were soon in touch with Anupama and in no time at all, we had a serviced apartment arranged for us near Vagator Beach in Goa. Anupama and her staff were very friendly and professional. We were soon all arranged for our trip.
Beginning at 4AM, we all set out on our car trip from Hyderabad to Goa. Fortunately, I used a lot of the “travel tips by car” which are listed on the Petvacations website. As a result, Rico and Lucky had a comfortable, albeit long, road trip. As I each had them dressed up in their “travel clothes”, Rico and Lucky were quite the sensation at all of the places we stopped at along the way.
We finally reached Goa around 10PM and thanks to the wonderful directions over the phone by the serviced apartment manager, Mr. Xavier, we safely reached our new home for the next 10 days. When we entered the apartment, we were greeted with a brand new apartment! Everything was new, from the fixtures, to the amenities, even to the bed and towels. Although a A/C unit in the living room would of have been ideal, the A/C unit in the bedroom was fantastic as was the bathroom layout and the design of the kitchen.
The next morning, I was astounded as to how close we were to the beach. It took us just 5 or 6 minutes to walk from our apartment door to actually putting our feet in the clean, warm water. This was the first time that my two dogs have actually seen the ocean front. As Vagator beach is less crowded with people, I felt comfortable taking the leashes off my two babies. We then all ran to the edge of the water, and for a few moments, Rico and Lucky just stared at the water in awe. As a gentle wave of water approached their feet, they both stepped back, but then slowly trotted back into the water as it began to roll out. By the end of the day, they both LOVED playing “cat and mouse” with the incoming waves, playing with the scurrying crabs on the beach, and making random holes in the sand with their paws. Vagator beach was Rico and Lucky’s playground!
Our Goa trip, with the invaluable assistance of Petvacations.in, helped us make memories we will cherish forever. We are making another trip to Mumbai in a few weeks and we will be using Petvacations once again, as well as our next trip to Goa in March.

For almost 18 months we were unable to go places of our desire, as we had absolutely no idea where to go, where pets were allowed. Everybody shut the door on our faces, saying no pets allowed. Please keep him inside the vehicle. Once again many thanks to your website through which all three of us had a wonderful time, especially our pet German Shepherd, Gary, who had a ball.
Through your website we came to know that we could go to any part of India, where a normal person can travel without any ill feelings on his shoulders and guilty conciousness.
The hotel ambience, the surrounding locale, the climate, were all with us. The photographs speak for themselves. We experienced rain, storm, winds, gale and ultimately sunshine when returning back home. All three of us just let go of our stresses. Gary had a gala of a time running, playing around the beach, swimming.
The food was good and lip smacking.
The overall cost factor may go a little overboard your rationed thought out budget, but still every minute of it was worth it. Nowadays, nothing comes easy. Lastly to pen out, it was really worth for our one and only Gary.
I really do (already did) recommend your website as the best for animal lovers.

Great companionship with my Lovely Labrador Leo at a Resort at Dahanu.
It was indeed a mind blowing trip with my best companion Leo the great cute labrador to a resort at Dahanu. We went there with Leo by a very spacious car Qualis. Leo could comfortably sit or could sleep at the back side. We folded back sits so he could sit with me also. We reached there within one and half hour. The hotel was nice, rooms are quite comfortable. Leo enjoyed the non-veg food eating steamed chicken and rice showing full expression of satisfaction on his beautiful face. Service at Hotel was quick and prompt. The most important thing is we could take our cute Doggy Leo away from city life and horrified noise of fire cracking during Diwali. I am very thankful to pet service given by Pet Vacation site.
